PF Series is a high-capacity horizontal powder coating line for aluminium profiles and a wide range of steel products.
The Power & Free Conveyor creates a highly automated, integrated production flow. It is designed to keep coating work moving at high speed while making efficient use of the available factory space.
Loading and unloading take place beneath the stable conveyor, giving operators straightforward access to the workpieces throughout the line.
Two routing arrangements adapt the line to available factory space and material flow.
