CAIRO, EGYPT — August 15, 2026 — YING International Group, a global specialist in metal surface finishing systems, today announced the successful handover of its latest powder coating line project to ACROW Misr, a leading manufacturer of formwork and scaffolding systems for the construction industry, at its manufacturing facility in Wady Houf, Helwan, Cairo. The handover was completed on August 13, 2026, marking the start of production on the new line.
At the heart of the new installation is an innovative elevator-robot loading station developed by YING International Group. Unlike conventional overhead Power & Free systems, which require operators to load and unload heavy parts at height, the robot lowers each load bar all the way down to ground level so operators can hang parts safely while standing on the floor. Once loading is complete, the robot automatically raises the load bar back up into the overhead conveyor, which then carries the parts through the line for pretreatment, powder application, and curing.
The system is designed to remove the need for operators to work at height, reduce loading and unloading time, and improve overall line throughput — a particularly valuable combination for ACROW Misr, whose formwork and scaffolding components are often large, heavy, and difficult to handle safely by conventional means.
