Vertical powder coating line

V-Line

More output within a compact footprint

This vertical powder coating line brings pretreatment, powder application, curing and conveying into one automated route for aluminium profiles.

The vertical arrangement is designed for higher production, greater flexibility and lower operating costs while using less valuable factory floor space.

Continuous conveying supports a stable process flow, accurate positioning and fewer manual handling points throughout production.

Line speed options

Each line is configured around the required capacity.

Line option

Small capacity

1.5 m/min

700 profiles per hour, one booth.

Line option

Medium capacity

3 m/min

Configured around the target output, one or two booths.

Line option

Large capacity

5 m/min

2000 profiles per hour, one or two booths.

Four systems, one continuous process

Pretreatment, curing and powder application remain connected by a continuous vertical route.

Pretreatment system

A monitored tunnel prepares each profile before coating.

Combined ovens

Drying and curing are integrated to help reduce energy use.

Vertical conveyor

A continuous track keeps profiles moving smoothly and accurately.

Powder coating system

A closed booth positions application guns along both sides of the profile flow.

Engineered for process control

Pretreatment control

The 15 mm PP tunnel uses pH, conductivity and temperature monitoring. Chemical liquid is sprayed onto profiles and wastewater is handled by a recycling and treatment system.

Combined oven insulation

Drying and curing share one insulated oven system with rock wool and Al2SiO5 fibre. The panel-to-room temperature difference is specified at less than 5 degrees Celsius.

Closed powder booth

Calculated gun spacing supports efficient application. More than nine safety redundancies are integrated into the complete booth system.

Designed around production efficiency

The V-Line combines quality control and vertical movement to keep coating output high without adding unnecessary operating burden.

01 · Higher product quality

Consistent process control supports an even, repeatable finish.

02 · Higher production capacity

Vertical movement keeps more profiles in the continuous route.

03 · Smaller space requirement

The vertical arrangement uses less valuable factory floor space.

04 · Automatic process flow

Conveying and coating stages remain connected throughout production.

05 · Fewer workers required

Automation reduces manual handling points along the line.

06 · Fast color change

The line can be configured for faster changeover between finishes.

07 · Low operating costs

Integrated systems and compact routing help control operating effort.

08 · Flexible capacity selection

Small, medium and large speed options align with the required output.
