FB Series is a high-speed film bagging system for wrapping aluminium profiles in transfer film before the sublimation process.
PLC control coordinates conveying, ultrasonic side welding and automatic film cutting. Centred motorized roll holders support film widths from 300 to 700 mm and allow fast roll changes while the machine is operating.
Once the weld is complete, the machine cuts the film automatically and transfers the wrapped profile to the exit conveyor.
Two configurations cover fully automatic and economical film wrapping.
Fully automatic version
Includes the ultrasonic welding unit, pneumatic motorized film-roll holders, entrance and exit conveyors, automatic film cutting and protection systems. An unloading system is available as an option.
Economic version
Includes the ultrasonic welding unit with attached belt, pneumatic motorized film-roll holders, an entrance conveyor belt and an exit conveyor belt.

The bagging sequence is coordinated across six working units.
Film feeding, side welding, cutting, conveying and protection work together around each aluminium profile before the sublimation stage.
The base and framework use welded and bolted carbon-steel profiles.
Loading and unloading belts are made from aluminium profiles.
Dedicated sensors calculate the length of every treated piece for controlled film wrapping.
The exit conveyor includes dedicated conveying elements for transferring finished profiles.
